Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms provided a great view but were a little dated and in need of refurbishment. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and welcoming. The location was wonderful, overlooking the loch, perfect for those seeking tranquility or as a stopover on the NC500 route. The dining experience fell a bit short with underwhelming options and additional charges. Facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms offered a lovely view across Lochinver and the Harbour, were comfortable and well-equipped. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and efficient. The location was stunning, providing amazing views and a wonderful start to the day. The dining experience was equally great, though more veggie/vegan options would have been appreciated. Overall, a top-notch hotel with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were exceptional, large yet a bit stuffy, and hot even with windows open, with a lovely view across Lochinver and the Harbour. The service was exceptional, with friendly, relaxed, and competent staff. The location provides amazing views extending to Harris and Lewis, offering a wonderful experience. The dining was equally good with perfect and sociable staff. Overall, it's a great hotel with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spectacular views over the Loch, with spacious rooms that leave you wanting for nothing except maybe a place to hang damp coats. The friendly service adds to the overall positive experience, although the location, while above Lochinver with impressive views, has some trip hazards due to ripples in the carpet.
